He truly dodged a bullet there. It would have been a painful night full of kicks to the liver for McGregor.

McGOAT is too fast for that shyt.

Well, in the big fights Cerrone usually freeze faster than Rogan's nipples in the cryo chamber but yea.. Cowboy is a very tough fight for Conor.

If it took place at welterweight then yes, McNugget would have gotten dismantled.

Imagine what RDA would have done? Would have stomped, then taken his soul and would have thrown it, in the red sea...

MMAth dictates that's still up for debate considering Nate utterly dominated Cerrone on the feet and had pretty evenly matched exchanges with McG.

Cerrone looked a bit slower than usual last night (added muscle @ 170?) so I wouldn't count McG out of that fight.

Nah McGoat would knock him the fuck out lets be real.

Not taking anything away from cow boy, but Cote is as avarage as they come IMO

I think he would have if he fought like he does when it's not a big fight. Cerrone always chokes when it comes to big fights, he has some sort of mental block. When there's no pressure he looks amazing, when it counts he looks awful.

You can't really compare the 2 fights. One nate had a full camp, the other he had 2 weeks and no sparring.

I wish people could talk about good things in the UFC without having to bring up McGregor.

Let's talk about how good Cowboy was by talking about Cowboy.

I still see McGregor getting subbed but maybe after one of those bodylock trips in the foorst.

He looked amazing last night. Definitely proved me wrong and he was able to do what Anderson Silva couldn't do. That's why he is one of my favorite fighters.

Cerrone looked a killer last night but how would he fare under pressure. Dude is like a fish in headlights in title fights but Conor brings a different pressure and essentially has home crowd anywhere the fight goes. Much more intriguing fight than I first thought though.

Conor is terrible. Porier would maul him too. Have you seen how good he is?

U kidding right ? Cerrone was flying last night
Because he's the smaller guy against a 200lbs guy, not saying Cowboy would lose but he'd look the much slower fighter if he fought McGregor.
