Cowboy isnt making any more runs at LW and is a big name who has two finishes in a row at WW over legit fighters. If Rory signs with the UFC again I believe this would be the perfect fight. Rory needs a step down in competition and Cerrone needs another chance at proving hes legit at WW. If he beats Rory somehow he would be in talks for a potential title shot. Why not.
