I been doing deadweight hangs, fixing the pelvic tilt and also posture training for just over a year and a half now

Prob gained .75 of an inch. About 6'3.5 and could prob top out at 6'4

Are grams not a part of the metric system? A kilo is short for a kilogram or 1000 grams, no? Sure amounts in between are often broken down by their relation to ounces or pounds but other drugs like LSD use micrograms, concentrates often use miligrams. Drugs can be expensive though, so it makes sense to abandon the whole factor of ten thing for middling amounts.
