Century Thai pads

    We have been using the Century Thai pads (with elbow shielf) for training at the Irving Police Athletic League. I teach self-defense to civilian women/teens. We teach RAD Systems defense which pulls techniques from various disciplines. I have used other varieties of pads and I find Century to be quite adaptable to our needs. The pads were donated to us from BlackBeltShop.com and we would not review them favorably unless they actually worked for us. If they had of been a fail we would have politely let them know they didn
