Celebrities you have seen be dicks

I've only encountered one celebrity in public and it was Bill Russell at the airport in Vegas. He was all alone, all nearly 7 feet of him with a bushy gray beard wearing a Boston Celtics hat. Not conspicuous at all. That said he was sitting down alone so I approached him and quietly said something like hello Mr Russell can I please have your autograph? Now I can understand that this man seen a lot and probably wants to be left alone. On the other hand I'm a 25 year old kid at the time and I was polite and respectful and didn't make a scene and in my opinion he should have appreciated someone as young as myself knew who he was. But instead he told me didn't sign autographs and leave him alone. I heard similar stories later from my father in law who worked at a nice golf course that Bill would show up and be an asshole to everyone.

Nicole Kidman was a real bitch in person.
Hugh Jackman is a fantastic human being in person.
Chris Hemsworth is great as well, as are his brothers.
Russell Crowe is great in person.
Mark Hunt is odd he's a fun guy but he's intimidating to drink with
John Wayne Parr is probably one of the funniest guys I've ever met.

I think that's all the major celebrities I've met.

Ken Shamrock was a super douche when he was all in at Lion's Den. I cornered a MMA fighter and we were doing pad work and he flat out told me to leave so his guy could train there. I told him to fuck off and he acted super hard...Tito had kicked his ass fairly recently so I wasn't worried lol. My fighter won by first round stoppage and his fighter was head kick KO'd by Roger Zapata. Roger Zapata, although short-lived UFC fighter, was an awesome dude and trained near us to make sure if shit went down in the back we'd have some help.

He was a dick to 12-13 year old me when I asked him for an autograph. I laughed when Sakuraba and Tito gave him multiple tko-complaaaaaining on his record.

My dad almost got into a fistfight with this dude in Vancouver in the early 2000’s. Matthew Good made a post about it on his website at the time.

My friend threatened to kick the guitarist’s ass at luvaffair night club back in the early 2000’s. That whole band was full of douche nozzles.

David usher was another dbag.

The topic is douchebag celebrities, why are half of y'all talking about "yes, I met so and so and s/he was so kind"?

I've been around hundreds of fighters and I've only met two I couldn't stand. Him and Vinny Paz.

The only one who looked at me more like a piece of trash was A-Rod after a Mariners win in 98. Never understood how someone could look down on others while wearing loose khakis and a velvet shirt that looked like a quilt......

It was the weekend of the Montreal gran prix. Somehow I find myself walking through the pits on thursday. Here comes nico rosberg strolling past, surrounded by no less than 4 williams guys. "Hey nico" I muster, "good luck this weekend". That mother fucker straight up ignored me. That was his first year in f1 too. Won the championship 10 years later. I should have told him to eat a dick.

My father in law worked as a chief in Coral Gables Florida in the 80s. He said Brooke Shields was a customer at the restaurant once and was allegedly a huge bitch to everyone!

Haha I don’t know if you brought it up on purpose but redban used to talk in the earlier JRE podcasts about how he would try to photobomb every photo. Legit there’s probably thousands of fan photos with him in the back with a funny face
So I looked up who Redban is lol pretty interesting, all these years later and I find out it was an on purpose photobomb wow

Yeah he claimed to have photobombed thousands of photos and hanging with Joe Rogan all the time I believe him lol

So which one was being a dick? Matthew Good or your dad?

I met Rhonda Rousey when she was 4-0 and she was very friendly and nice. Fame 100% got to her head.

Ian Freeman wasn't particularly pleasant, he kept talking about wanting to be in the porn industry. Nothing wrong with that, just weird. Some guy came up and asked for a photo, he said it would cost him 5 pounds and the guy just walked off.

This is almost like a condensed version of that "I saw [Celebrity] in a grocery store yesterday" copypasta that people always post on 4chan and internet forums

Isla Fisher (actress, married to Sacha Baron Cohen, Wedding Crashers etc) is a racist piece of garbage. I didn't know who she was when I met her and people had to explain to me that she was a semi celebrity. Apparently she had only been on Home and away at that time, big whoopee doo.

I didn't know who she was but she's a small minded close-minded bitch.

All of them have been extremely nice:

Flo Rida: Really nice dude. Did an impromptu show at the night club we were at as well...

Russell Wilson: Friends and I recognized him on the street and said hello. Talked to us for a few minutes and when he finally left, we all agreed that no one is that nice, and decided he likely had people chained up in his basement. He was also surprisingly short.

Jeremy Stephens/Danny Castillo: Last Call taps me on the shoulder when while I'm in line for a beer at a Billiard Hall/Club. Asks me for the time. I was so tempted to say... It's nearly Last Call, but kept that one close to the chest and gave him the time. Then asked if he was Danny Castillo. He seemed surprised, and invited us back to meet Jeremy too, who was having a terrible night but still really nice. We got to hang out for a bit, talked MMA, etc.

One of the Real Housewives: Sweet lady, a little older. Still no idea who she was, but everyone else did. She knows someone in my family.

Sanjaya: Nice. I had no idea who he was either, and asked one of my friends why everyone kept going up to meet this random guy at a party. He had to explain who he was. We ended up making small talk for a bit. Then I'm 99% sure he stole my phone while I was in the bathroom. Either him or his cousin. Long story.

A very famous celebrity who I will not name: Gave me her number, wanted to meet up the next night. Also a very long story. Ended with me getting nervous and taking my sweet time... By the time I arrived, she was gone, but her entourage were still there. I will never forget the look the man I assumed was her bodyguard gave me. He just laughed and told me I was a crazy guy. But really, I just have social anxiety. My friend hooked up with one of her people that night, though. So good for him.

Mary K Letourno: A blacked-out Mary K kept trying to hold my hand outside of a club in Belltown. Asked me if I wanted to get late-night food and said her place was right by there. Hard Pass. My friend laughed and said "The worlds most infamous child-molester just tried to fuck you."

Bill Gates: Nice. Very reserved. Was by himself, actually. Probably because we were both at a hospice visiting people two rooms away.

The Band Switchfoot: Before they were famous, they used to sell CD's outside a place where I worked. I bought one, and always chatted with them. I felt bad for them because I thought their music was terrible. Little did I know.

Some random MTV personality: This is strange because I still don't know who this woman was. Didn't then, and don't now. But they were filming something at my house and she was in charge. Used my bedroom for their equiptment... and this chick sits down on my bed seductively and says "Did you ever think I'd be laying on your bed?" I just acted impressed, because I didn't have the heart to tell her I had no idea who she was. I asked her if she wanted a 40. She said yes. We drank it together and took a picture.

The very one celebrity I met that was less than nice was Nate Robinson. He came to a party... at my house... and refused to even reply when I said hi and told him I was a fan. Came with an entourage of like ten of the sluttiest girls I have ever seen. Talked to no one, not even them. Had a few drinks, then left... and promptly got into an altercation in the middle of the street. Very odd.

Thanks for coming to my TED talk.
I live in wa. too!

I used to work vip security in Texas and Chicago. So I met and was around many celebrities. Meaning bands, sports teams, wwf wrazzlers, comedians, etc. The only ones I remember being just rude and thought they were too good were:
1. George Lopez. Had his usual stripper side girl with him when his wife was dying of cancer I think.
2. Rihanna
3. The Big red machine Kane, but in his defense I think he was in alot of pain and Eddie Guerrero had just passed. The off air encore with Batista and Rey was awesome. I was ringside for that and Batista kept giving me giant sweaty bear hugs when I wasn't looking to make the crowd laugh.
