He was an extremely elite fighter.

But that guy had a serious disconnect in evaluating his drawing and negotiating power. He wasn't natural at selling fights and his schtick was really corny and didn't resonate with most fans.

GSP cherry picking Bisping was not as bad as winning and then disappearing. It made a whole fucking mess on the division that by that time was at a really high point.

i get confused by all these mythological messes that people keep talking about whether it be after he beat bisping or if he were to have fought khabib…we got to see a cool entertaining fight and the world continued to revolve around the sun just fine….OR, was that actually the catalyst to people finally figuring out the earth is flat?
