Carnivore Diet

Day 31 2/2/2019

Meal One:
. 5 kg Cowboy Steak
250 g feta cheese
10 eggs

I've been eating eggs again the past couple of days with no adverse effects. I think this is due to the changes in my gut flora and digestion. Also my stool is getting harder - no more watery diarrhea from this point on.

Meal Two:

.5 kg bacon

Still going strong on the carnivore diet, but I've been a bit lazy to log down the same meals over and over again. Took a week off from training to rest my body. Will pick up where I left off tomorrow morning.

Right now I'm trying to wean off coffee and vaping now that I'm fully fat adapted. Coffee is a plant product that contains caffeine, a natural pesticide, and eliminating it from my diet might be the key to eradicate the remaining bit of brain fog left in my head. Regarding vaping, I've recently switched to vaping in order to quit cigarette, which I haven't smoked in a month. Eventually I'll have to wean off vaping as well, given that vape juices contain vegetable glycerin and propylene glycol, the latter of which is known to cause allergic reaction in some vapers.

Day 42 Wednesday 2/13/19

1 lb bacon
3 g d liver
8 g fish oil
1.5 lb tri tip

Alright, sorry for the late reply. I'll try to answer all of your questions to the best of my ability.

1. No, right now I'm doing keto - basically the carnivore diet + vegetables (mainly cauliflower, broccoli, and sauerkraut for the probiotics) and the occasional carb up to replenish my glycogen. The reason I went back to eating vegetables was because I was concerned that my gut microbiome health was being compromised and also I needed the fiber in my diet to prevent watery diarrhea. Yeah, disgusting, I know, but I was getting tired of getting the Hershey squirts every fucking hour 2-3 times after eating. I thought about taking lipase to mitigate the diarrhea, but decided against it.

2. Not really. But then again, I'm not a huge fan of cardio. Mostly my cardio is limited to stationary cycling and bedroom activities, if you get my drift. Occasionally, I will hit the heavy bag for 10 rounds to get my legs and arms limber and mobile. When I do cardio, I stack yohimbine and caffeine to get an extra boost in fat burning.

3. Scientific resources? Unfortunately, I can't find any peer reviewed studies on this diet because this diet is relatively new and not many studies have been done on it, aside from the anecdotal evidences provided by practitioners of said diet.

But here are some links to studies regarding the low carb diet:

And some anecdotal websites regarding the Carnivore Diet:

Sorry for the late reply. Unfortunately, I'm not doing the Carnivore diet anymore. Right now I'm eating cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, sauerkraut, cauliflower) in addition to meat.
