How much is it?
Are there any experience requirements?
I only ask because I'm new to grappling and have never been to a semnar of any kind?
Would a newbie get anything from a one day seminar?

Farmboy, the seminar is $100 for 3 hours. The seminar is geared for beginners because here in Western New York that is what we mostly have. There isn't alot of BJJ around here so most of the people are beginners. We are opening a place in Lockport called Western New York MMA Academy, check out the website at www.wnymma.com
Come to the seminar and I guarantee you will learn a ton. You make some new friends and training contacts and help support the growth of BJJ in WNY.
BTW, where are you from?

I live in Auburn, but I travel out to Buffalo a lot. We have a remote tech that lives out in Buffalo that has been interested in getting into BJJ, so I may have to let him know. I'm still thinking about going to a place around here, but the closest one I've found is in Syracuse.
