it mainly deals with chops and what not, i've got his mercenary combatives dvd that he used to sell and thats good, teaches you some really good disarms and blocks etc

His advertising is a bunch of bullshit though but the product is good if what you are looking for is self defense. If you're looking for something to use in the cage, ring or mat then give it a miss.
