Can't wear normal rashgaurds, any alternatives?

I have eczema which can flare up badly when wearing materials like polyester and nylon.

My condition is under control so grappling is not a problem but i need something a bit better than a normal cotton t shirt.

Are there any alternatives out there?

You may be able to find a 100% lycra/spandex rashguard. Doubt it though.
