It's annoying that the styling issues still haven't been fixed yet. When they updated to the latest version of the message board software (Xenforo version 2.3.4) it broke the layout because they were using their own custom templates previously. What they should've done is deployed the update to test it first offline or on a staging server rather than applying it to a live production server. If they can't fix it then they'll have to roll the version back to what they previously had installed while keeping any security patches.I dont know what's going on with this forum. But the updates absolutely suck & almost make it inoperable from my phone.
Nice! I've been seeing that. Won't get to excited until the big Turk man drops the announcement.
These are the type of legendary fights the sport needs.
The 2 best "small guys" from this generation going at it.

Yeah, I knew you were interested in this fight. The match-up has grown on me more but I still have to go with Canelo. That isn't to say that Bud doesn't have a chance. He's much more skilled than Charlo.
Crawford was officially 170 lbs in the ring against Madrimov. Canelo at his heaviest has always been in the 170s lbs. They’re 7-8 lbs apart at most.I really don't see a path for Crawford to win here. While Canelo is on the back 9 clearly, Crawford will be 38 and has never fought above 154. Madrimov is a tricky fighter at 154 and very underrated, but this is two full weight classes above that. Crawford's power will be a complete non-factor and I'm not convinced he will be the faster fighter either if he bulks up to 168+. This will look a lot like Canelo-Charlo IMO.
Yep Canelo isn't fighting Benavidez. I don't see Turki paying him $130 million (minimum) for that fight. That's even more than Joshua, Usyk & Fury make in a single fight. He priced himself out. This fight will allow Bud to dare to be even greater as cliché as that sounds. Obviously it's a very dangerous fight for him.Typical for this place....
Yeah I love legacy and history making super fights. Especially if they are not going to fight the other guys at their weights.
Canelo wants no parts of Benavidez & Bud is not going to unify 54....So next best thing or potentially better
The risk-reward isn't in Canelo's favor but the upside is the huge bag of money on the table. He'll get paid very handsomely. It isn't just about how tall someone is or what they weigh. Canelo has been fighting much bigger men for many years. Huge super middleweights & light heavyweights. Bud himself is fighting guys that are bigger but Canelo has actually been dwarfed in there. He's used to it. Bud has never fought above 154 lbs. The weight that this match-up takes place at could be crucial. I don't think Canelo can make 160. It'll probably be at a catchweight but will still count as a SMW championship fight.Canelo has zero upside taking this fight.
If he canelo wins by ko everyone will say it was a mismatch
If he wins a close fight everyone will say he barely beat a guy who went up two weight classes.
If he loses lol….
In reality Crawford is the same height and weighs 170. Canelo is about 180.

Canelo weighed 174 lbs. against Angulo when they fought at 154 lol. He certainly weighs 180+ for his fights at 168.Crawford was officially 170 lbs in the ring against Madrimov. Canelo at his heaviest has always been in the 170s lbs. They’re 7-8 lbs apart at most.
Crawford is more technical, has a longer reach, more speed, better stamina. The fight will look like Floyd vs Canelo, except Canelo outweighed Floyd by 15 lbs, not 7-8 lbs. Canelo has no chance against Crawford.
Canelo moved up weight classes by cutting less weight, dummy, not by adding on an equal amount of weight. Eddie Hearn, who was Canelo’s promoter at the time, said he would be 180 lbs “AT MOST” against Bivol. According to the English language, it means he was either 180 lbs or less than 180 lbs. More is not an option.Canelo weighed 174 lbs. against Angulo when they fought at 154 lol. He certainly weighs 180+ for his fights at 168.
The most important point you are leaving out is Crawford is used to fighting guys fighting guys 4 weight classes below 168. His punches are not going to affect Canelo in the slightest given he is used to fighting guys that are seasoned 168/175'ers. Also, I hope Canelo loses.
Crawford couldn’t even stop Madrimov, what 154? Wow, his power hadn’t acclimated or been proven down there yet, but Canelo, whose power absolutely has acclimated as high as 168, has “no chance”?!?!?Crawford was officially 170 lbs in the ring against Madrimov. Nah, if Crawford gets caught with a shot like when Canelo caught Saunders, its over. Crawford might be faster but he doesnt have the power to trouble Canelo and he doesnt have the best defense either. Madrimov was catching Crawford flush with a lot of shots.Canelo moved up weight classes by cutting less weight, dummy, not by adding on an equal amount of weight. Crawford doesn’t need to hurt Canelo to beat Canelo. Floyd never even came close to hurting Canelo and still whooped Canelo’s ass.
Who has Canelo finished in his last 6 fights? The guy couldn't finish Jermell Charlo who's a SWW just like Bud but he would finish Bud? He couldn't finish Jermell Charlo but he would finish Bud? How does that even make sense?Nah, if Crawford gets caught with a shot like when Canelo caught Saunders, its over. if TC cant play keepaway for 12 rounds we're probably gonna see Crawford get his first TKO loss. that is if this nonsense fight even happens.
Canelo is diminished but he's still able to knock down and hurt people at higher weight classes than Crawford's ever competed at. Crawford's not a natural SWW, he started off as a lightweight which is smaller than Canelo ever competed at professionally.Who has Canelo finished in his last 6 fights? Canelo is half the fighter he used to be when he fought Saunders. Meanwhile, Crawford has shown no sign of regression. Half a Canelo is not doing shit to a full Crawford. Stop being delusional.
Canelo fought Angulo 11 years ago when he was 23 - you believe he stopped growing then? He could no longer make 154 lbs. hence why he ended up moving all the way up to 175 lbs. Congrats on repeating what Eddie Hearn said, he also said Bivol was 190+ and Bivol said he was 183.Canelo moved up weight classes by cutting less weight, dummy, not by adding on an equal amount of weight. I never said Canelo weighed 180 lbs. I said he couldn’t weighed more than 180 lbs because Eddie Hearn said he was 180 lbs AT MOST. Is English your third language by any chance?Canelo fought Angulo 11 years ago when he was 23 - you believe he stopped growing then? Not to mention, you just said Canelo will weigh in the 170's now you are saying 180. Pick a side and attempt to be reasonable.
You should ask yourself that question.I never said Canelo weighed 180 lbs. I said he couldn’t weighed more than 180 lbs because Eddie Hearn said he was 180 lbs AT MOST. Is English your third language by any chance?
