He is, no doubt in my mind. But canelos timing is second to none and that is a great equaliser to jacobs power. As is his body punching.
I don’t see Jacobs getting a stoppage but I wouldn’t be surprised to see him stopped.

Probably. He's got a good punch but it's not killer. That guy was the one who wanted to rephrase to "Jacobs is more powerful than Canelo", though, which isn't actually something I've heard said. I mean, maybe by some casual Canelo fan but that's not something I've heard from anyone I know who actually watches boxing.

Hes great at delivering the payload to the target and as a stockier built guy, his accurately timed counters are fast and coordinated. The longer your limbs, the longer distance the signal has to go. That's why most ppl over 6'4 have clumsy body movement.

He was able to slip and fire on Golovkin at a wild pace standing right in front him in the rematch.
So while his raw power is above average, his mechanics are sound as fuck, getting him there a bit sooner, a bit tighter and that makes all the difference.
