Canadians: What Multivitamin Do You Use? (US too much $)

I was planning on purchasing one of the Multivitamins in the FAQ (primarily Heaven Sent Balanced Essentials) but when I searched online (after shipping to Canada + Customs) it'll cost me $45 a month.

So, to Canadians, what do you use/where do you get it/how much is it? I want a QUALITY multivitamin but $45/mo is just too much.

 

I use Loaded from MagnumNC. I get them for wholesale though.


GNC Megaman is about $20-$25 I think.

 

Mega men 180 cap bottle is i think in the 30-40 range. but 2 a day thats 3 months worth. I belive they get good "reviews" around here, but i also belive MM says the sport ones that are more money arent worth it. sure someone else can clarify that.

Thanks, but that's not Mega Man..? He says "GNC Ultra Mega Greens" and those are real expensive..

 

Like I said, I was just going off memory, I knew "Mega" and "GNC" were in there somewhere.

I think most of the goods ones are pretty expensive.

 

I use Mega Men Sport...though I should've just stuck with the original..

was around $25 with gold card i believe.

Unless your diet is exceptionally good, yes it would. And even then it's not a bad idea.

 

I'm 18, too. Doesn't mean that we're exempt from eating well lol.

 

I just take a generic health food store multi that's derived from natural sources and time released as specified in the FAQ.

If you're on a budget just head down to GNC and get a 180 count of their Mega Men multi. It's a solid product and reasonably priced. If you only take one per day that'll last you 6 months.

Or, you might consider looking at a Greens+ powder instead.

 

Yeh I got Mega Men - I take 2 a day as the bottle says. This thread is old, someone just posted recently so that's why it's up on the front page again. Thanks, though lol.

Oh, and should I take the two Mega Men at the same time? If not, when should I take them (one in the morning and the other...?)

 

I'd take one in the morning with breakfast and one before bed.
