Well, expect ICBC to come in low on their valuation. I would be surprised if an old POS Honda will get more than repair cost. Find a few examples of what that same year car with comparable mileage is selling for in Vancouver right now, and be prepared to throw that in ICBC's face if they are way out of the park on their offer.
