Protestor shows up to protest a military memorial in Ireland, Canadian Ambassador jumps out of the crowd of dignitaries and takes him down, cops arrest him.
He's definitely a man of action. This is the same guy who killed an armed terrorist on a shooting spree in parliament. This video has an astonished newscaster explaining that Vickers actually dove in front of the terrorist, shooting and spinning in mid-air like a John Woo movie, who was hiding behind a pillar and sniping at people.
