They are blocking roads and violating noicmse ordinances. They are intimidating old ladies and harassing people who question them. They blast their horns at anyone who dares to question them.

It is clear illegal so don't play fucking dumb. Protesting is good, and to be encouraged. Paralyzing and tormenting a major city is not.
