What vitamins and supplaments would be helpful to me ,my knwolegde of weight lifting supps is very good but I lack in other areas such certain kinds vitimans ..fish oil and other herbal stuff
You're training for Boxing right bro? I tend to go for endurance supplements over muscle-volumizing supplements. Standard Multi-Vitamin, and I use Triflex for joints, you'll be surprised how much difference it makes. From there it's based on your needs. What goals are you looking to accomplish?
