Can we get Khazmat vs Burns?

I would have him come up organically
Those are the kind of names that last
Even McGregor still has a lasting impression on people because he came up organically but he was kept up artificially
 
Let's see Khamzat fight somebody with a pulse before we crown him king of the division.
 
Khazmat needs a few more UFC newbies.

... then maaaybe a top12'er

.... then maaaybe a top 10

..... then maaaybe (barring injury/sickness/Kadyrov, etc) will fight a notable ranking fighter <Fedor23>

Maia and WB didn't take the khamzat fight based on the excuse that he didn't "earn" it.
You really believe Burns would accept that fight? after he beat both Maia and WB recently?

I'll tell you what's gonna happen. If Burns' handlers are smart they will tell him to wait as he'll obviously get the title shot cause of the streak WB was on when he beat him.

Then Leon will whine "dana lied to me" again, and go on an inactivity strike again, and get cut off the rankings again.

Khamzat will have a very poor showing in the fight he's booked now cause of covid recovery, but somehow will pull a UD.
Khamzat will fight some other low tier guy to show us how active he is like in the past.

much later, Leon will ask for the Khamzat fight again, and they will toss him that bone.

By then Usman would have retired like he's been talking about, and we all would say "woulda shoulda coulda".
 
So just to be clear, you're all for cutting the line when it comes to rankings then?

I never believed either WB or Burns was getting a TS with a win. I double down now because yes Burns won but he did it in no entertaining fashion. I think Leon rematches Nate or fights Masdival in the meantime then with a win finally gets his TS. Burns is just the odd man out. There's no one here can beat besides Leon to jump the line. If he's smart he publicly calls out Leon every chance he gets.

You’re saying things completely out of character for Leon. Like I said before. He’s gonna get all diva and fuck himself over like last time.

besides all ur words imply usman is gonna take time off waiting for the division to solve itself. Only time usman fought less than twice a year was in the 2020 heart of covid.

who do u think he fights this year then if not colby?

Usman is fighting Colby October/November so at the earliest the next WW title fight will be February/March 2022. DW has casually said that Leon vs Masdival makes sense. I've also heard him say a rematch with Nate isn't out the question. To say Edwards is going to go all "diva" implies you have some insider information. I think we see Edwards fighting again in November/December most likely against Masdival. He knows sitting out will hurt him and allow some like Burns, who is super active, to jump him.
