Leon is waiting for a TS or going to fight Masdival.

Colby vs Usman is happening in October/November.

WB just had his title aspirations taken away from him forever most likely.

Burns is the guy sitting on the outside. He's normally pretty active (since covid) and didn't hurt himself in the WB fight.

I think this is the fight to make.

I have Burns via sub.

They made the Leon fight when Leon was the rock solid #3 guy in the division. Burns is the #4 guy currently

Yep they did but i do think it was too fast.
Plus Burns or Edwards are monsters, its not like the UFC was making a gift to khamzat.
He needs at least 2 more wins against solid opposition before having a legitimate go at those fighters, imo.
Sure he has potential, but he has not the resume et he was ill lately, take some time to build him again

Nah I think Burns and Colby(or Edwards)should fight for 1 contender and then after either of them fights Usman again Khamzat should be ready to take the title .
