Israel is SOOOOOO overhyped its ridiculous. Honestly i think the only reason why he won is cause whittaker bought the hype and got wreckless. Dont see israel defending the title nor winning his next fight after that

What makes think Israel is so overhyped? He's won pretty convincingly, finished and dominated Brunson, cleanly beat Silva in a pure kick boxing match, After the dominating 5th there was no controversy to the Gas fight, beat Whittaker by rolling most of his punches. That's an impressive resume.

Whitaker had early success because Israel wanted to get his timing down and boy did he ever., also a lot of the shots were rolled and barley missed. I remember in the fight at one point Whittaker was so aggressive by the last minute of the first round I was shocked to read he only landed one more total strikes than Israel, that was insane because Israel was barley throwing anything.
