... The potential ConMan McDo-Over rematch is set for 170? Because that would really screw things up for the UFC should Nate win again...

Because I want Nate to come in at weight that will make him more agile, and moreover, a weight less than Conor's so they can't spin a Conor loss to "Fighting the heavier guy" schtick.

the fight's not gonna happen. this i to sell tickets and then the ol bait n switch to a short notice Edgar or RDA. if this happens i will buy all the ufc tickets and burn them and have crickets at the event. i would if i had the money. which i don't... hey can i borrow like tree fitty?

Do you seriously think that the UFC is making fights with the mindset that "one fighter is absolutely going to lose, so we better do it at a higher weight class so that people on internet forums have an excuse ready" ? You really think that? If you do then you need to stop over-thinking.

Coming in, and winning at 156 makes more of a difference than coming in at 169 ? I think I'm missing something here. And pls believe me, that may be possible. I've had a few drinks tonight. But, no... Coming in at a weight class below the fight class would usually be a really bad idea. And has no bearing on that same fight at different classes. If I'm getting this correctly.

conor is in a world of trouble if nate gets a full camp for 155 shape but doesn't have to cut any weight for 170.

He can demand whatever he wants. If this fight happens at 170 it is because they both said yes to it.

Nate missed weight against Benson in a title fight. He weighed 155.6 thinking he could be slightly over, but not for title fights. He had a few hours to go lose the weight and did.

no problem.170 or 155 im fine with both i just think it would be more fun to put it at LW just to make it official for both fighters in the category.
if I was in Nates place i would request it.
