Can I watch Fox & FS1 live fights on UFC Fight Pass??

Definitely not in the US. In fact you can't watch it afterwards for at least 30 days.

I think generally the countries where they have a TV deal, they can't show it on FP. Maybe it depends on the TV deal, but Fox has more leverage than most.

But Fox is a broadcast channel, so with a simple digital antenna you can get it. You will be out of luck on FS1 though.
