Can Brock do what Stipe did to Hunt?

Everybody saw the blueprint for beating Mark that night. It was both sad and brutal. I am worried that we may see a similar beat down again.

Brock has the physical tools to pull a Stipe on Hunt no doubt. But does he have the fight IQ?

This fight gives me a lot of anxiety. I do not want to see Hunt pounded on for multiple rounds again.

Any other Hunt fans out there worried about this?

I am just going to keep envisioning Mark landing an uppercut while Brock shoots in and hope I can will it to come true.

Brock Lesnar has never had great fight IQ nor incredible skill in the cage, he is a power fighter plain and simple

He also hasn't fought in 4 years, so no, I think Hunt wins this easily

Depends if "completely out of shape" Hunt shows up with absolutely no conditioning than maybe?
We don't know, maybe even that Hunt destroys a 4 year off Lesnar...

But i'm rooting for this

Hunt is going to decapitate Brock. Lesnar was fun back in the day but he's been out way too long. I'm truly surprised anyone would pick him over Hunt. Barnett or Roy would have been a better choice for Lesnar I think.

Who does he even train with now? last I checked he was training with the Polar Bear Cole Konrad and he hasn't fought in 5 years either.

Brock has no where near the boxing a s stamina to pull off what stipe did.

His only chance is wrestling and heavy ground and pound.

You mean lay and pray him? Yes, Lesnar can do that, just like Stipe did.

Lesnar best chance is to do the same thing he try on Cain, rush for a takedown when the bell ring. Cain got up, not sure if Hunt could get up that easily tbh...

What? Take a punch from Mark Hunt and keep moving forward? I reckon not

brock bumrush lesner has a chance but i'm picking hunt cause all he needs is one punch

Hunt will keep his hands down to try to stuff the take downs like Reem did with Brock. Unlike Stipe and Cain, Brock doesn't have the threat of strikes to switch in and forth between striking and grapling

maybe, maybe not. will have to wait and see.

I love the optimism here. Hope everyone is right.

No way. Barnett and Roy have ground skills. Hunt has little to none. He must hit Lesnar before it goes to the ground, or Hunt is fucked.

It's a favorable match up for both guys really. Brock has no striking, and Hunt has no ground game. Whoever pulls the trigger first, wins.

the highly unlikely event of roy nelson having brock in a crucifix would be freakin hilarious

Doubt it. Even with the conditioning and stamina of Stipe Hutn refused to go away after taking a beating for 15 minutes. I don't think Lesnar can take him down at will, over and over, for 5 rounds.
