its too bad... the gun in the op was never really put into major production. It was amazing but I think too heavy for most applications. I LOVE it and would have spent 5 grand or more in a heartbeat on it.

tell me about that gun man and I'll take a look. so far I haven't found another shotgun I would want. I do already have a 20. pump shotgun though.

You will not find a shotgun with the recoil of an AA12.

They tried to make a semi auto version of the AA12 but the atf shut it down.
 
I found a suitable replacement for the shotgun I cannot get!!!
this has great reliability and is insane. 16 rounds and semi auto-- sort of. this is the perfect gun to match my style and tastes. I know what I like when I see it!!! I'll be getting the WAY nastier breacher/bayonet.

I ended up with a Benelli M4. I found out that the dp-12 has been modified and is made parrialy of polymer where it was once single block aluminum. they did it to make it lighter but that's a no go for me. some people have had their dp-12 blow up right in their face since the changes were made and also problems associated with them have been met with denial or simply being ignored by the manufacturer.

so after lots of research I got the benelli. its a pretty amazing shotgunm. its only half broken in and already has no issues after shooting 100 rounds through it. the ghost ring sights are easy and quick to get a bead on a target and the gun just seems and feels dead accurate.

its the most natural shotgun I've ever fired... I'm hitting targets WAY out while barely aiming the gun and hitting targets closer up without aiming at all. its the best shotgun Iver ever fired in my life and I'm really glad to have made the purchase.

the recoil is lighter than my .20 Guage even.

I can get nine shells in it if I ghost load it and it fires as quickly as I can pull the trigger. its an absolute beast of a gun.

I got the marine version of it.
