Caloric Intake: What did you have to eat today and yesterday.

Doing a survey on people's caloric intake...what did you all eat today and yesterday? What did you drink with those meals.
 
I should probably reanswer on a week day. I fat ass it up on the weekends.

Yesterday
Eggs, bacon, hash, sausage. Brunch
Brother and I ordered Domino's pizza for dinner. Had a Pepsi with the pizza. Water and some powerade zero throughout the day is my usual.


So this morning my brother went and got donuts lol. I had chips/crackers/veggies with onion dip for lunch. I'll be having Carne asada burritos tonight.

I eat a lot of grilled chicken during the week. Sliced Turkey or ham with egg whites. Lean beef or bison dishes, occasionally some pasta, etc.

I ate three egg mc muffins and hash browns, one pound of pasta and sauce, and finishing it off with Chicago style
Pizza small, watching my figure.
 
Today so far: Beef jerkey stick and steak pie

Yesterday: buttered toast with vegemite for breakfast, McDonald's quarter ponder and chips for lunch, Nashi pear for afternoon snack, baked chicken and potatoes for dinner, no vegetables
 
Today: Breakfast: Oatmeal, berries, banana
After work out: Some protein powder and 2 kiwis
Dinner: 250 g Organic salmon, 2 potatos, 1 slice of bread and a salad.
Snack: Berries and 1 banana
Evening: Oatmeal with berries and some protein powder

I don't even count macros lol. I just eat when im hungry. I use a rice/pea protein powder. Not whey.

Yesterday I fatted it up pretty good, family bbq day. I had a bowl of honey bunches of oats and black coffee in the morning, for lunch/dinner I had a cheeseburger, two hot dogs and some potato salad, with some watermelon for dessert. I had about 7 beers on the day too.

Today, cereal and black coffee for breakfast, seared tuna (8oz) with asparagus and brown rice for dinner. Cantaloupe for dessert. All I've had to drink today since the coffee has been water.
 
Yesterday: cup of cantaloupe, half cup of broccoli and half cup of cauliflower, baked veggie "chicken" patty. Oh and a slice of tomato.

Today: 1/4 cup of "egg" whites, half cup of cantaloupe, and two veggie dogs on their own (no bun or whatever)

For drinks I just have water n lots of tea lol.

Tonight I will treat ma'self to some spicy plantain chips for GoT finale lol.
 
Today I ate 6 hash brown patties in the morning
Big Mac meal with some nuggets for lunch and two hotdogs for dinner.
Lots of beer and some jetski action on the river and I feel great. Might say fuck work tomorrow though lol.

Yesterday: Fried breads and rice porridge for breakfast, cherries, cucumber, and ice cream for brunch, fried rice with beef and vegetables for lunch, another ice cream in the afternoon, and melon for dinner.

Today so far: steamed bread, a hard boiled egg, seaweed, and porridge for breakfast.
 
subway club couple 12 Oz cokes chinese and a couple home brewed green teas . today 10 Oz salmon green beans asparagus, nutty buddy coke a couple bottles of water and about to eat a pack of tuna oh and the other half of my subway sandwich this moring .

step this game up a notch and guess my weight

Meal1: 3crispy minis, shake, 2 bananas

Meal2: rice, 1.5cups egg whites, 3 chicken breast (came in a pack, forgot the weight -- probably 8-10oz), tuna, 2crispy minis (BBQ + sour creme onion)

today:
Meal1: Miss Vickies Jalapeno, whey shake, 2 bananas

Meal2: rice, 1.5cups egg whites, 3 chicken breast (came in a pack, forgot the weight -- probably 8-10oz), tuna, crispy minis BBQ, grapes 300g, mango 161g

alcohol: sapporo, 2 cocktails (lychee martini + Blue Andy)


if anyone is wondering why 2 meals, on days I only workout in the mornings (weekends or holidays), I eat twice a day with larger meals. Sunday is drinking night so I go over my usual intake by 200 calories.

I'm bulking at 0.5lb a week at 3500 calories. I'm quite active (lift 6 days a week, train MMA/MT/BJJ 4 of those days -- am / pm schedule) and have a high metabolism. My TDEE (maintenance) is 3200-3250 calories

Flexible dieter so I don't restrict any sources and go by total caloric intake while trying to hit my daily macro-nutrients as close as possible. 70-85g fat, 500-540g carbs, 175-180g protein
 
I didn’t eat anything today yet other than a cup of coffee because I was on a trip with my friends this weekend so I allowed myself to over-indulge. As for yesterday, I stayed up all night drinking long island ice teas and rum & cokes from the night before and got some ice cream at 4 in the morning. Had lunch of barbecued meat along with soda until I felt like I was going to burst. Then had some potato chips on the ride back. Felt like shit so I didn’t eat dinner or eat anything this morning before work. A lot of calories over the weekend

-Rib Eye 12oz and vegatables - ~1000kcal
-Trail mix - 400kcal

Sun - (total: 2190kcal)
-Cold Cut Sandwich - ~900kcal
-Tuna Salad Sandwich - ~600kcal
-Candy - 440kcal
-Salsa and Veggies - ~250kcal
 
Been low carb for about 5 weeks, losing weight, feeling great.
Today:

3 fried eggs and avocado.

Chicken salad on lowcarb wheat wrap.

2 ounces beef jerky.

Lots of cashews.

1 cheat day a week.
