Who wouldn't want to watch the shit out of this! Perfect fight for Wand being out for so long.

No, not at all... Wanderlei's only got a FEW more fights in him TOPS, and idk if he should even dust off the old gloves but hell...since he is, I wouldn't want to see one of his last career fights against Kimbo... that'd just be an insult to the sport...
 
They dont want Kimbo to lose (or die).
When they are thinking about Kimbo getting 3min rounds in his fights..
It tells a bit.
 
If legit, I'm thinking Kimbo wouldn't even accept this fight. He would stand to get seriously hurt.
 
a) I doubt Wandy would want to debut at HW.
2) Wandy's suspension ends in 2017, and Kimbo very well may be retired by then. I don't think he has more than two fights left in him.
iii) No thanks.

Sure why not? Kimbo most likely can't beat any good HW's so maybe he can beat a MW that used to be really good. I probably sounds like I'm against this but I'm really not. That Kimbo/Dada fight was terrible but Kimbo did win. I'd rather him fight until he losses at least unless he wants to retire now that's fine if he does. But if he's going to fight it's hard to find a good match for him.

It's hard to find him a match he has a good shot of winning in. He'd probably lose all those fights but I give him the best shot against Wanderlei and Lashley.
 
Not gonna lie...huge Wandy fan...I'd hate for him, on the off chance, get clipped...oh eff it...YES!!! I'd watch!!!
 
Got to be honest. I'd watch the fuck out of it. They don't have a ton of dudes left for Kimbo. The only issue I could see though. Is that I don't think there would be any beefm and the whole point would be for huge ratings. And it would be huge.

But I just don't know if there will be any bad blood. So it may not be worth burning off Kimbo. Or shit the off chance Wand gets beat and loses all credibility
 
Wand at 205 and heavyweight is interesting but idk who he should fight first. Lashley would be interesting. Kimbo would be must see tv. Rampage could be fun. I really don't know what they want to try with him. A lot of it will have to do with his involvement with Rizin while he's suspended. It's kind of exciting
 
I'd watch it and love it, but it is silly. All Wand would need to do is stick and move for the first 45 seconds and then he'd have a completely gassed fighter to totally tear apart.
 
Kimbo is a bit of a running Joke but he did beat James Thompson on paper at least and beat Houston Alexander at a time when I would have backed Houston to run through Wand. He is 6-2 so has a semi respectable record anyway. I don't see why a fight with Wand wouldn't work.

Wand will have been inactive for 3 years
Wand clearly cant hang with top level guys so wont be a title contender
Will be a massive PPV
Style will make for entertaining fight which Kimbo could use after his last one (If he gasses he will get kneed in the face for the KO)

I think this is the best fight in Bellator other than rematch with Tito or Rampage.
