Is still Cain's division.

I just don't see anyone beating a healthy and prepared Cain. Overreem is a complete fighter now and he poses the biggest challenge in the division, but his chin is glass. Stipe is arguably the best athlete in the division but Cain IMO would just wreck him on the ground.

Calcu reem is looking like a force lately. Cain would be in trouble against him. Even 'healthy' Cain got destroyed by JDS. Cain was never the absolute best of this division, there were always bad matchups for him, I think Jones could move up and destroy most of HWs actually

Cain looks in terrible shape. Dude has tits, you know he is almost done.

If he was still 28 he would have more than 10 defenses though

Come on dude, when Cormier keeps saying about how Cain beats him, that means a lot

You're not crazy bro.Cain at his best beats anyone including Stipe but I think all these injuries have taken a toll on him

Thank you sir, you know mma, Cain is still alpha, junior Is still number 2, stipe is 3

Cain has looked like that since the start

Cain is done, injuries and long lay offs take their toll on a fighter. JDS and Cain essentially destroyed themselves in those 3 fights.

You were actually making sense until the last statement. Smh

Respect to Cain, but I think even a healthy Cain would have a struggle with Stipe, his boxing and wrestling threat would be enough IMO to make Cain tentative, and allow him to counter effectively. Also Stipe isn't a slouch in the Cardio department either, he went almost full 5 rounds with Hunt at a good pace and still looked fresh after the fight was called. I don't know if Cain would have the raw energy to simply wrestle fuck and dominate him, if Stipe could snuff his takedowns, avoid the clinch and turn the fight into a boxing match, I think he would win. Would love to see this fight happen

First of all Cain wasn't fully healthy in his first match vs JDS and I really don't consider getting caught behind the ear as being destroyed. In fact, in the 2 rematches with JDS, Cain absolutely destroyed JDS.

Overreem poses a threat to everyone in that division. He's a counter puncher now and actually moves laterally for a change. He still doesn't move his head though and we all know he can get knocked out in a second. If Cain can eat a few of his strikes early in the first, I just think he gets him in the second or third, kinda like how Big Foot ko'd Overreem.

I think people just forgot how great Cain was and have 0 confidence in his ability to return to his former glory. I can't say people are wrong for feeling that way, but I do think Cain has a great chance of being great again.

You're crazy

Cain could win the belt again but he hasn't won a fight in 3 years.

HW is chaos (shows how good Fedor was for winning in the hardest division to consistently win in for 10 years)

How is CV going to regain the championship fighting once every 3 years?
