I don't know if you guys have heard of the Methode Lafay, a French calisthenics bodybuilding program, but I've been waiting for it to be translated to English for awhile. I really want to read it.
It's incredibly popular in France and it has the most transformation before/after pictures I've ever seen one system have.
Most of the guys who do it look exactly like you'd expect calisthenic guys to look like, but some of them look like absolute mass monsters and I'm going to say they're clearly on steroids.
But then there's a class of inbetween people that leaves me wondering. They look like gymnasts and not lithe calisthenics guys.
