He was great Sat night.

And ALSO realistic- DC knows MMA, and he KNOWS Cain is the best (over JDS by a hair).

Cain will be HW champ again by 9/1/2019

I’m not about giving shots to people 100% guaranteed to pull out. Cain is a forgotten man. 3 fights in about 7 years will do that..

Nah Cain and DC are never going to fight ever. Cain has been healthy all of 2018 and doesn't have a fight scheduled. Cain may never come back and if he does he's not fighting DC. It's not even a huge money fight and those guys are not just team-mates more like family.

It's hard to tell whether or not he's giving a true account as he does at the desk, or if it's tainted by his love for Cain. Would be sweet if he came back in his former form, but I've given up hope

What's more likely is that Brock secures a TD, has learn to lace legs under (ala Khabib) and grounds DC out.

Then DC's big brother will surface for another Brock fight.

Mark that too- it how Cain will regain title- he wont drop to LHW, he'll just wait for DC to lose or retire.

That sounds identical to WWE’s storyline approach to their business!
