Cain's punching power = 2,230lbs (Rampage's = 1,800lbs)

Cain does hit very hard, but I have no idea if these "readings" equate directly to knockout ability in an actual fight, since a lot of that stuff has to do with the angle and accuracy a shot lands, how a fighter turns over their shots, punches through the target, etc...

But I do think these shows are kinda entertaining. haha

Bingo sir.

Knockouts have as much to do with when the strikes land as they do how hard the strikes land.

This is the show that said Jon Jones spins faster than a helicopter propeller.

Ever since they conducted a "test" that showed that a female boxer hit as hard as a male boxer I have no interest in watching or reading about any of the conclusions made on that show.

You mean Lucia Rijker and some no-name schlub with bad technique? Rijker could KO god with one of those hooks, I have no trouble believing that they hit harder than the lazy crosses that guy was throwing.

In their testing, The McGreginator threw a punch so fast that it traveled back in time and landed on an employee that worked in that building in 1985, so they couldn't measure the force, but a man's head exploded seemingly without cause in 1985 once.

How do you make this? I want one.

who cares what these machines say. You either put ppl to sleep or cant. Cain cant while rampage proved he can.

we alll saw what Cain does when in a fist fight (cain vs kongo) lnp ftw!

Literally every time I watched that show they discovered the new "hardest hitting fighter".

man I saw this show and it had nate Diaz on here or whatever and it said one of his Stockton slapswwereddelivered with the force of being slapped by a blue whales tail fin

The UFC paid them to hype the guy that is fighting next.

BJ squeezed 10 times harder than an anaconda.

Don't remember the fighter that had a spinning back kick faster than a helicopter propeller...

Haha so dumb.

I've posted this before and Sherdog actually covered it a while back due to the GOATness of it. The GOAT played iBoxer and beat the highest score, which was 930 pounds of force at the time. The GOAT clocked in at 932 pounds of pressure, nearly 1,000 pounds, beating the previous high score. Not bad for a guy that can fight at 145 pounds (but walks around in the 160's - around 170).

The GOAT hits very, very hard. Listen to the impact when he connects, he practically breaks the machine. Sure, he ran at it but he only took one [big] step and then hit the bag. That's perfectly acceptable and most guys that play this game and others like it typically do that too.

By taping a paint roller handle to a hair dryer and putting toilet paper rolls on it. Just look at the thing and you can tell how to make it...come on!

That show also calculated that GSP hits with 2,800 pounds of force.

GSP=God among men
