Law Cain Velazquez arrested for shooting.

According to the story he chased down a high school kid who may or may not have sexually assaulted her. That kid was around 16 years old, but this hasn't been confirmed.

He chased them in a car and shot the dad during the confrontation.

Nothing is confirmed yet, but it went from being a daycare employee and a small child to a high school kid.

No clue yet whether it's a dad vs boyfriend situation or not. It might have been a pushy boyfriend and his daughter told him what happened. there has been mention of "fingering".

If this is true, and we need confirmation, then Cain did the right thing and should only face minor charges

So he hunted the guy down and ended up shooting the dad? Hmmmmm, I say some sort of charges, but a misdemeanor. Dude was going after a :eek::eek::eek::eek: and the :eek::eek::eek::eek: dad got in the way and protected his :eek::eek::eek::eek: son. Cain, if this is what happened, was misguided but did the right thing

I'm sorry but chasing people down ina vehicle and firing guns at them for any reason short of "I just caught them red handed killing my family" is where I draw the line, you're being a fucking psycho. Lucky his ass didn't get shot by the police or the targets themselves.

He fired indiscriminately into a vehicle with 2 other occupants and shot the wrong person. If your relative is a :eek::eek::eek::eek:phile and I shoot you when you are with them is it a free pass?
Or step dad protected his step son, just like Cain was for his child. :eek::eek::eek::eek: is definitely in the wrong, but putting rounds into the wrong person is never the right choice. As has happened more might come out and I might agree with you.

I linked it earlier, but the "boy" is a 43 year old man (who has been charged for sex pest stuff) and his step dad and another person were in the car which is why the wrong person got shot. No confirmation it was his daughter(at the time), the news said family member, but that isn't unusual. It comes up pretty quick on google.

Yes but I think there are exceptions. I think it’s be very difficult to tell a person to rationally accept this situation and hope that justice is served. What happens if he raped the girl and is found innocent or get some BS like one year sentence? That’s why vigilantes Crimea happen
