You're comparing the litany of separate but confirmed cases of guilt to a case with nothing remotely resembling corroborating stories from anyone else who's kids attended this daycare, past or present

How does everyone fail to grasp this very real issue with wanting to give Cain a pass for this bullshit he pulled?

Let's say the accused definitely did it, by the current standard of "beyond a reasonable doubt"
And Cain shoots him dead right as he leaves the exact same courthouse he followed him from in real life, onlt this time its following the guy being found guilty of molestation.

It'd make Cain's vigilante murder waaaaay more understandable, and much more deserving of the most charitable of interpretations.
He'd still end up doing a few years, his family would still be forced to put their lives back together without him there to help.

The need to frame this as some kinda loophole logic designed to keep a victim from receiving justive is a bad faith mischaracterization of what people's arguments actually are.
