The new outfit taking over has random sample collecting like Usada. So it's not like they're just going back to the more wild west days of tests only being right around fight time. I assume they'll just be way less stringent about letting people return from periods of not being tested which seemed to be their major gripe at the end with USADA putting up a stink over Mcgregor returning without going through the period of testing others needed too. But it definitely won't be like the old days of zuffa when guys could do whatever they wanted as long as they cycled clean by fight time.

And since it's a work opportunity, courts are unlikely to shoot it down, especially if he's been fully compliant with appearing.
