Cain best striker in MMA?

After displaying two 'perfect' wheel kicks at UFC 200, Rogan has said on his podcast with Chael Sonnen that not only were those wheel kicks perfect, but every single punch and kick Cain throws is with perfect technique. Surely this ranks Cain as one of the greatest strikers in MMA? Where do you guys place him, is anyone a better striker?

People are quick to take what Rogan was saying there way out of context.

He was speaking as far as Cain's ability to throw with no wind up, no telegraph, and throw with snap rather than forced power (pushing your shots). In those terms he's perfect.

If you want to critique is shot selections/timing, his set-ups, his defense, his non existent ability to fight going backwards and counter then by all means do so.
