Rewatched the JDS 3. I was imressed with Cains head movement. His whole style looked very Mike Tyson to me. That peek-a-boo style. He sets his hands in front of his face instead of to the side and be bobs/weaves extremely well.

So, Im wondering where he got this style from. I know he trains with DC but....he has a very different boxing style. One that would be great for more MMA fighter to use. More head movement, and closing distance of that head movement.

Hee has 13 wins, 11 by KO and has only bee beaten twice.

Hes gonna kill Travis.

he moved his head too much against werdum he wasn't efficient with his energy

I hope not. Dreaming about having Travis' babies is the only thing that gets me out of bed in the morning.

hard to get you pregnant with that little junk

Cains head movement is simple back and fourth shit. Its nothing special. Could be timed easily. The threat of the td is why his stand up works. Not his rudimentary head movement

So fuck you for bringing this to my attention.
Now i have to smoke an oz of kush to erase this shit from my memory.

Exactly! People don't realize that his stand up skills alone aren't exactly earth shattering.

The fact that he can threaten the TD at any point accentuates his striking skills.

In the fight with Werdum he couldn't realistically threaten the TD on a world champion BJJ player.... so he had to play it out on the feet.

And that totally backfired on him

It's not effective if your head moves after getting hit.
