Ya it just feels like there's these random moments with crowd reactions that we can all think of off the top of our heads. And they all add to the spectacle of that specific event in our minds. Like Robert Downey Jr in the Condit-Hardy fight, or Joe Silva after KOs, or back when there were regular people in those seats and they exploded for things like Matt Hughes slamming Frank Trigg and Randy dropping Sylvia.

Then beyond that you have the specials they've done where they show fighters watching cageside, and those are awesome too. Conor watching Aldo-Mendes, Mittrione watching Mir-Nog, Chuck watching ghosts dance with the devil, etc. It all just adds to the spectacle.

What if we made them fight in an ampitheatre like circle pit with no cage.

Hell ya. This is the kind of innovation that should at least be explored.
