Caffeine Lowers Resting Heart Rate?

Yeah I used it before and had good results. Who knows if it worked or was just placebo.

Two weeks seems like a good time frame. Is there anything scientific to support a certain period or is this just anecdotal? Sometimes just 2-3 days makes a huge difference for me.

It seems that, realistically, 2 weeks is a reasonable amount of time for your body to adjust chemically to a major change like no longer producing caffeine.

It was easier for to quit booze than it was caffeine and brother I had a drinking problem.

I've seen sources say anywhere from 5 to 9 days is enough to get everything back to normal. So two weeks is a safe bet.

I cannot imagine my daily life without coffee (I have a deskjob). I drink like 4-5 cups a day, which isn't massive though.

I've been contemplating a coffee reset for a while, but don't have the balls to pull it off.

Yeah I guess I have a coffee addiction.

Indeed. When I decided to quit drinking I just quit. Caffeine actually takes a good deal of effort.
