You should drink vodka/sodas.....hydration through intoxication. It's a win/win.
Yeah definitely those things. Strict drinking breaks like dry January also help, let the old body recover from time to time hehe.@Arqueto @Deffid @The_Renaissance hehehe
Let's be real next 1-2 days can be written off. Drink a lot of water(also force yourself to drink at least 0,5l before going to sleep), get some fresh air + Vitamin/Electrolytes infusion
That’s not normal I think lolAs i got older, my drinking had increased. Surprisingly my hangovers have decreased.
I avoid carbonated drinks and drink a ltr of water before crashing. As for me in my 20s it was ok. But now in my 30s it is now unbearable , unmanageable. Thé day after are always terrible, anxiety , regrets. I think that getting drunk is something for the youngsters and as you age you tend to drink less and less. The damage ate too present ( slower metabolism do not help )
Im not a hangover expert, but i think the body builds a tolerance to alcohol and can handle more without getting hungover. But thats like my drunk opinion man. That’s not normal I think lol
