buying 2 steaks for 3$

Ah I see. It wasn't called cube steak on the package. It was 2 words followed by steak.

All I really saw was the word steak and the price 3$ And it was in my cart

Ive never met a steak I didn't lkke

Its like the difference between fucking Nancy Grace and Sofia Vergara.

those arent bad at all, but I wouldnt eat them like a steak. I put them on a bun or toast with other stuff and theyre good as hell.

the place I shop tells you what farm the meat was raised on and what they were fed

and steak should not be cheap

Do you have to know your cuts? How about just cutting a piece off and throwing it on the fire barbarian style

You need to know a little bit, but it's not like your butchering a entire cow. Just know where to make the cut, then trimming the fat to your liking.

This is why smoking weed is bad.

I fail to see the connection between weed and buying $3 steaks

Unless TS was munching when he got them ?

If anything , they would taste better if you were baked, no ?

There is no harm in buying/eating cheap steak. After all, you get what you pay for.

The difference between good steak and cheap steak is like the difference between a good full night's sleep and an hour of sleep as the sun's coming up after a night of blow and drinking.

Never buy a steak for less than $7. Ever.

I agreed with you until the last part. I get choice strips and sirloins from walmart for way under 7 all the time, and they are pretty damn good. Also, it's not how much per steak, it's how much per pound.

There's market prices, and I think ribeyes (the best steak known to man) are what, 10-13 a pound market? making a standard sized steak right around 6-9 dollars.

And newyorks are even cheaper.

I'm guilty of looking in the clearance section for meats at my local grocery store. You just have to season the meat a little more. :icon_lol:

Man, I wish I had a hookup in the meat dept. Lamb chops are too damn expensive, not to mention the ribeyes.

I don't know if you have Sams in your area, but they are great for picking up good deals on a lot of meat. I am not sure about Costco, cuz I don't ever go there.

I am guessing those "steaks" had a nice gray shine to them.

Sorry, I meant that I never buy a steak for less than $7.

Who needs to cut a piece off or cook it? just wrap your mouth around the whole raw meat slab and go to town right in front of the butcher

i've heard this same advice at a strip club once.

I mean if it was enjoyed then money well spent. But there will be a huge difference between that $2 steak and a $10 steak. It will be like night and day.

You got cubed steak which is pretty cheap anyway. You're supposed to bread and fry it, but if it tasted fine grilled who gives a fuck?

I'd say good job on finding a cheap yet tasty meal.
