Whilst this might be okay for the average over weight girl but when you're talking about a butters body, nothing but surgery, hardcore gym and complete diet change is going to fix it, then even if that goes okay, your left with stretch marks and surgical scars.......

I will go with butters face and perfect body, you can fix a face and if done properly it will show little sign of scars and work done.....
