Most ppl on sherdog told me this. What happened, guys?
I thought he lost his passport hearing he'd have to fight Khabib.

Me, the fool, I always said Conor would fight the guy that gets him the most money and isn't scared of anyone in particular.
Not saying he wins it, he should be a small underdog here but not scared of anyone either. He took Mendes on short notice with a bum knee risking his title shot with Aldo.

P.S: Would be funny to see Khabib pull out.

It wouldn't be funny to see Khabib pull out. It'd be annoying. And don't act like it's unlikely; it's a very real possibility. Conor will of course be fighting regardless.

The hyperbole and rhetoric around Conor is as elevated as it is around current US Politics. I hate to bring up Trump, but that is what it reminds me of, with people not being able to admit any good or neutral qualities that he has and boiling him down to the most stupid, ugly, dumb, unsuccessful and idiotic individual ever.....the same could be said for Hillary too on the other side. It's just silly.

The guy fought Aldo, Mendes, signed to fight RDA when RDA was terrifying, rematched a guy that literally strangled him, and fought one of the goats in a boxing ring.

Saying he is ducking anyone is laughable.

Now, I'm neither I'm capable of acknowledging both sides..

but since sherdog tends to operate in black and white..

there will be a day on sherdog where it will be universally accepted that the "nuthuggers" were closer to the truth than the haters.

That should be an interesting day

At which point I hope that certain people are capable of acknowledging that there are holes In the way they see the world.
 
Conor is an amazing fighter to me. I have never seen someone come to the UFC and accomplish so much, yet have so many people that want to discredit and give him shit. He came to UFC, he won two belts and took out elite fighters.. He is putting on amazing fights, breaking records, and people want to hate on the guy for all kinds of reasons that are just stupid. It’s very comical.

To his fans he's the GOAT and can do no wrong, to his haters he's an overrated fraud who only wins by lucky punches. Conor is the definition of a polarizing fighter and that's what makes him the GOAT who can do no wrong.

Would be funny to get called a nut hugger of Conor considering I had 2 small bets against him vs Mendes and Aldo and a very large one on Mayweather.
I've watched every Khabib fight in the ufc live so far.

Why he is hated is something I have a hard time grasping? This goes back to when he was active, when he was the most active guy in the company. People made up all kinds of reasons to hate him that never made any sense to me. Charismatic, exciting fighter, puts on great fights, calls out and fights the best. I don’t know what the problem is people have with him? A bunch a crying little women in here I guess.

I'm in the middle.

I think he has done incredible things, and is visibly an excellent fighter...but believe he has been far more fortunate than any other fighter ever, that the UFC has hot-shot him into title-fights(that he capitalized on), and essentially let him run the show and do w/e he wants.

Same amongst many celebrities, athletes, public figures it seems. You see a similar level of short sighted idiocy and lack of rational / unbiased judgement across many sports.
