But every time I went I always ended up with a lukewarm burger.
Also, at BK you can hear the microwave ovens working overtime.

Prices on things around here tend to be a little higher.

I actually used to try to keep track of how much big mac meals cost in different cities when I was traveling through the US. I thought it was a good indication of the cost of living of the area I was in.
