right now we are working on heavy bags installation..

This looks awesome at this point. The only thing that I would suggest is replacing the cardboard with some type of moisture resistant barrier like the kinda you would buy for under a hard wood floor. Otherwise, you will eventually get mold that will grow up through the cardboard.

To the original poster of this thread, the gym looks great from where you started until your last updates. The only thing that you are really in need of is some kind of puzzlemat flooring. Otherwise, it looks great.

umm there's clearly puzzlemats on the floor

Hey Snowbro, i know this thread is old but where those 2ft. x 2ft. black puzzle mats? I'm thinking of getting 12 of them, would that do for a little rolling space? nothing to elaborate.

I would suggest a climbing rope along with the heavy bags! It would be cool to if you put some indoor rock climning things along the walls too. Your guys will be known for having a killer grip with those two additions.

fuck you fuck you fuck you fuck you you don't deserve that i do....

lol i'm extremely jealous, see that'd be a perfect place to train, so lowkey, its like you can't get in only if you know someone, you could probably turn it into a real gym if you wanted to! honestly i wish i had one of those around where i live. thats like a dream of mine right there.....

i hate you, lol good luck with the gym!

Very nice setup! I wish I had more room in my garage. That's nice and open where I've got equipment in my garage and its a tight fit.

is that a volleyball tied into some pantyhose u asshole?

nice teddy bear btw

Im tryna do the same thing...i got the linking mats and a heavy bag in the basement...i wanna buy more, but I might be moving out soon

not to steal the thread, but me and my buddies made this gym from scratch; it was old nuclear basement that we got for usage from city hall, and we cleaned it from seringes(yes, it was a crack house) and all other garbage, painted it and we are equping it (we are putting puzzle mats over the cardboard; its for BJJ) here are some photos..

P.S. any advice how to make it better is more than welcome!

New pictures!!
