So, I always do the Rate The Card threads when a card is neared completion and I thought it might be cool if we got some discussion going about fan made fight cards. Depending on how this one goes, whenever a new card is announced that has very few or no fights at all, I'll post a Build The Card thread and we can toss some ideas back and forth about what we'd all like to see matchup wise for new events.

The next card that doesn't have any fights announced is UFC Fight Night 90. It's the Fight Pass event the Thursday before UFC 200 so keep in mind it isn't going to be very stacked. For example, the 4 fight main card featured the Thursday before UFC 189 was Namajunas/Vanzant, Chiesa/Miller, Northcutt/Pfister, Santos/Theodorou. What kind of lineup would you guys like to see for this event? Here's what I've got:

Max Holloway vs. Ricardo Lamas
Jimi Manuwa vs. Ilir Latifi
Brian Ortega vs. Darren Elkins
Alan Jouban vs. Mike Pyle

So post your mock cards here for this upcoming event. Feel free to pick apart my matchups as well as eachothers! What do you guys have?
 
Wtf does any of this have to do with Shane Carwin?

I don't think he deserves a top 10 opponent yet, but he would if he beat Elkins. Plus, Elkins is a grappler. I'm sure he'd find himself in sub trouble all fight with Ortega. I think the ground fight would be entertaining.

Hunt vs. Overeem (w/win over Arlovski) - n1 contender fight
 
I would be pretty cool with that, though Latifi seems to be pursuing a fight w. Bader.
 
I heard somewhere Neil magny vs Condit is bring sought after as Main event.
 
I really wish max didn't have to take these fights and the fw division wasn't a mess. Hes stuck fighting top 10, 15 fighters instead of top 5 though lamas is ranked 5th whos only on a 1 win streak over a drained vampire hunter. and before that stephens on a 1 w, oliveira in an unfortunate stoppage, and swanson on a 1 loss, while conor loses...

Agreed I think Ortega vs Elkins is a great fight.
