Buffets should be as advertised

So today for dinner I decided to do it big and go to my local Chinese buffet. So I went to this new place called China Wok, the food was amazing like mall Chinese food. I had got to my 19th plate when they told me no more and snatched my plate out of my hand, then proceeded tell me to pay and leave. If it's all you can eat how am I getting told I can't eat anymore even though I paid my 12.50. Do they have the right to snatch my plate mid chicken wing grabbing? I could've also gotten seriously hurt.
