Buffalo Wild Wings

Well it seems like the overwhelming majority here loves the Buffalo Wild Wings. Cheers, guys.

Lets hear some cooks chime in on how they cook wings.......I like to start with whole fresh wings.......cut that retarded tip piece off....R.I.P. Prodigy......then cut the remaining piece in half to make a drummy and a flapper.....(frozen wings in the bag are trash, plus whole fresh wings are much cheaper). Rinse well. Drain. Soak in texas pete or your favorite hot sauce for as long as you want. A day is usually what I do but at least for 4 hours. Before frying drain wings and pat dry. I use a clean kitchen towel because I hate wasting paper towels(you're a towel!) but you must put that towel aside to avoid cross contamination.

Get that oil hot and drop n pop. Peanut oil is best.

Sauce is all up to you. I like a teri-hotty which is a standard wing sauce with a sweet teriyaki sauce. You can make lots of wings for about 20 bucks that would cost you more than twice at a restaurant.

You may be too sophisticated for this thread but you've invited to my next barbecue. Cheers.

love me some bww, great environment and friendly staff every time i go. Although my boy pissed me off last time i went. 5 of us go and one guy takes the lead on ordering 40 wings with 4 different flavors. Well he gets 10 of the hottest ones they have and when they arrive and we cant hang with eating them, he eats like 2 and says "yeah i ate my quota" motherfucker you ordered them, better dig in. Ended up throwing like 4 wings away.

This made me actually laugh out loud. I have a friend just like that.

I mean, it's just the place to go. It offers offering hand-spun wings, a range of cold beer, and wall-to-wall live sports.

Their menu also features appetizers, burgers, tacos, salads, and desserts, along with beer, wine, and other beverages. They are known for their famous "Blazin Wing Challenge." They challenge customers to eat 12 of their hottest wings under six minutes. The winners receive a free T-shirt and get their picture on their wall of fame.

Not only is the chain attributable to its famous wings, beer, and sports, but it is also recognized as a big partner with the organization the Boys & Girls Clubs of America. Multiple times a year, the company does fundraisers and accepts monetary donations that are later given to the Boys and Girls Club that allows them to participate in extracurricular and sporting events.

Agree?
The food there is subpar, but I frequent that establishment for the UFC PPV events.

BWW has the worst mac n cheese I have ever tasted and they got ny beer order wrong twice. 10 bucks for a beer is also ridiculous.

Twin Peaks fucking sucks too. The food is shit and the waitresses are trashy Hooters rejects with their arm and leg bruises and their post mom bodies

<{clintugh}>

Lmao. I have never been to a Twin Peaks but this sounds accurate. I havent been to a Hooters in 10 years but I thought their wings were at least decent.

Was never a fan of BWW when I was old enough to drink because their taps were flat and they skimped on the booze for mixed drinks/cocktails. Never thought the food was anything more than standard bar fare.

It's not the worst place to get wings and beer that's for sure.

Local bars are usually better assuming they have a good menu.

LOL

I was gonna go there to watch Bellator 180 because they were the only bar showing it, but they wanted $5 admission, plus it started pouring rain so I just streamed it.

'sports bars' are generally gay and weak.
a neighborhood pizza place might have the same offer to watch shit
without the stupid 'sports bar' fake vibe
