Ya he couldnt have tapped Roger or anything
Definitely looks like he's trying to tap him with all his mightYa he couldnt have tapped Roger or anything
He was planning to do it, but ONE FC contacted him after that for that fight of last Friday and than he said he would have no time to prepare properly to fight the worldsDoes anyone know if roger is fighting at worlds? I could've swear I saw an interview saying he would.
I also think he will beat buchecha the next time they fight.

Did he say that in an interview?
It's not much time till the worlds but since he didn't even get tired in his fight maybe he could give it a try.
If he plans not to get destroyed by Buchecha he must have been preparing in the gi a bit.
Didn't get to watch but who doesn't finish "intentionally''?
He knew he wasn't going to tap after applying it and breaking the arm in a straight lock is more difficult, so he switched to beating him until the ref stopped, still finishing him. Hughes has gone on record saying he wanted to show american wrestling was great and needed to be respected also; IE him getting dominant position and launching punches. He still finished. He didn't not finish the fight to let Royce lose via decision/points because of some "oh gracie respect" BS.Didnt Hughes let go of subbing Royce because he knew he wouldnt tap, was already winning and respected him too much to snap his arm?
