Agreed, makes no sense for a fighter to take a short notice fight, and get utterly destroyed, to seizure induced shadow realm visits. That was terrible. Hope other fighters learn from this. Yes, Bryce accepted it, but why did UFC offer?

Bryce Mitchell is just not as good as people think he is. He lost to a 38 year old who was on a 2 fight losing streak.

Most of the time, this is a layup for the younger, up and coming fighter.

Well, not in Mitchell's case. It is obvious he will never become a legit top 10 fighter.

Obviously, here is why:

Emmet lost every round but somehow survived an entire five rounder with the Top-Dog. Surviving a five rounder with the Top-Dog is a transformative experience, gifted only to a very few chosen, that elevates a fighter to a higher plane, a rare blessing.

Mitchell was beaten by the Top-Dog at his own game. To experience that feeling of hopelessness instills feelings of inadequacy deep in a man's soul, feeling like almost subhuman by comparison, leading to timidity and doubt.

That fight should've never been booked. It could lead only to a disaster. We're all lucky that this wasn't worse than it was.

The reasons you gave give good reason to have a chuckle about him believing stupid stuff like flat earth but for people to be straight up losing their shit because he thinks that stuff is real gives off serious psychological red flags about them and not Bryce. Are you sure he didn't do something horrible to another person or has a criminal record or something that actually would qualify him as a bad person where the hate might be justified?

Gotta disagree my guy... Every person with a platform spreading bullshit like that just makes the whole situation worse.

He's harmful and doesn't really deserve a platform.

Political differences is one thing, religion is one thing, but I draw the line at easily provable scientific facts being denied by these fucking losers.
