All of this Nazi talk lately has me wondering what might the world have looked like if 2 things happened:

1: The Jews had left Germany when initially asked to

2: The Allies didn't decide to start a whole world war to save Poland

Positives

1. Nearly 100 million lives saved from war
2. 6 million lives saved from a holocaust
3. Another 100 million lives saved from communism as Hitler would have surely invaded and defeated Russia
4. No cold war between Russia and the US
5. A severely weakened world order we all claim to be against
6. A preservation of countless historical and cultural sites around Europe
7. No nukes dropping on Japan
8. A more prosperous Europe

Negatives

1. Poland and possibly other territories being taken over by Germany
2. Less economic and social dominance by the US during the 2nd half of the 20th century

There also may not be the state of Israel today which may be good or bad depending on your view of things.

Anything else that I'm missing?

Bryce isn't alone in this line of thinking... calling people dumb and acting like you are intellectually superior is the easiest cop out when someone criticizes someone or something you like or agree with.

These are not all "MMA fans" either.

Stop saying ignorant things to support some sort of weird semantic narrative. Calling someone dumb bc of a subjective opinion is one thing. Calling someone dumb, who denies the largest and most documented genocide ever while calling someone who is objectively one of the worst humans that have ever lived a good guy, makes you a fking idiot. If you can’t see that, well…

Yeah. The helmet they put on your head as a child.

yeah let's just hear the nazis out
Don't be afraid, we're talking about hypotheticals...

If ones fearful, emotionally unstable, weak, simple, unable to be objective, etc, then don't have a hypothetical conversation with Hitler, it might be too much for you and may somehow embolden Nazis and possibly upset or compromise anyone who's not a Nazi... Or something...

In a normal setting your context is correct. We should be objective to a situation but you cannot just spout nonsense on a podcast and not expect a reaction. If this were a more intimate setting then it would be different but just as you said people need to be objective I would argue people also just need to STFU. Not all opinions need to be heard.

Also, I would argue that Bryce deserves the criticism and hate he is getting. There's no world in which people should side with Nazi thinking and the fact that he comes to certain conclusions is ridiculous. You don't have to graduate from school to know Nazi's and Hitler are bad people or that the Earth is round or that seatbelts save lives. It's okay to have a difference of opinion but that doesn't mean the facts tied to said opinion are correct.

Remember, unless this is all a gimmick, this is all stuff he's going to give to his children too. I don't want to speak for anyone but I can't image telling a child "Hey, let's hear a Nazi out."
This is a formed reply, I appreciate that.

Bryce has to expect people to hear this opinion as he's been speaking his mind publicly for a while now. His opinions, like anyone's aren't for everyone to care about (or pretend to care about) simply by nature of their existence or are accessible and that's a decent baseline for anyone who seeks out or has any exposure to others opinions.

And there is a world where people side with some "Nazis" because we have to know by now and especially since the last few years, when we label whole collections of people with a "no no term" we mistakenly and myopically stop using our brains, writing anyone we can cram in that box off. There were plenty of innocents who could be labeled Nazi, unless Nazi means something different to you...

Hopefully Bryce teaches his children to think broadly and not be manipulated to follow the herd...

Why didn’t they just leave when asked nicely?

what could i possibly have to gain from a conversation with hitler lmao

Up to 18 agree votes or 17%. I’d like to say I am surprised but sadly I am not. It’s just proves what many of us already knew about this place. Too bad results aren’t public.

It hurts to hear him talk. He is not a nazi for ideological reasons or for misplaced anger and grievances, he is a nazi for pure stupidity. Like Dana said, he's fucking dumb. He's a flat earther ffs.

Shara chews him up with leg kicks imo, MVP is pretty heavy on the front leg.

I don't think I've ever seen so many failed leg kicks in a fight since I started watching this sport... man your prediction couldn't have been more wrong, good thing you changed that silly avatar.

I don't drink the kool-aid you do.

Calling people idiots for not believing history the same way you do is weak.

Also has no effect on me.

Germans do need to get over it in terms of people's guilt (I have no idea of musks speach or afd). Remembrance is a good reminder in terms of history but that's it. Same with Japanese involvement. I've never met a Japanese person I didn't like. Met some Germans though haha. But my ex manager was German and still love her and her family who were under communism. I dont really think about if my grandparents may have supported Jim Crowe laws etc. At some point you aren't the same nor are the times.

Go to far if it's a character imo. Nazi soldiers werent on meth. Whether Hitler was... who knows. I dont really care. There is no excuses for the things he did.
when the hell were germans ever under communism lmao

when the hell were germans ever under communism lmao
When the wall was up. East Germany and West Germany were divided bud. It has interestingly made the east and west Germans very different personalities. My manager grew up with KGB agents in schools disguised as teachers (wasn't a secret). They led very different lives than the west before Reagan and Gorbachev took the wall down and reunited Germany in 1990. Before that East Germany was under the soviets shortly after WWII ended til then.
