No race, gender or religion should be shielded from any type of criticism.

But Holocaust denial isn't 'criticism' of a race, gender or religion, it is a denial of history and Dana White is right to point out that - regardless of what someone does or doesn't accept when it comes to particular facts and figures - millions and millions and millions of soldiers, citizens, civilians, men, women and children died as a part of a war forced upon the world by Adolf fucking Hitler.

You don't paper over that shit like it's acceptable, that filth spreads easily among susceptible minds.

They're just slowly walking us towards Hitler sympathizers and Hitler sympathy. Little by little here and there bit by bit the right reveals its true colors. Whether it's saying he was a good guy at one point and he'd like to have a beer with him or saying that everybody when they were a kid at least admired Nazi unifoems uniforms. Or whether it's talking about how Hitler did a bunch of good things also and wasn't just a murdering bastard or whether it's doing a Hitler salute and pretending you didn't, or whether it's retweeting Nazi posts and posts from Nazi groups or whether it's saying there's good people on both sides etc etc.

It's all part of the slow desensitization towards Nazi love on the right.

It does feel like society is becoming less pearl clutchy when it comes to Hitler and the Nazi's. People aren't getting automatically censored, banned, or ostracized by going against the historical narrative concerning WW2. I personally think that's a good thing. The world events of that time are far from black and white. It's time we be able to discuss and consider broader and more nuanced perspectives concerning that highly consequencial time in history.
